Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Shipments and deliveries can occur on weekends or holidays, but may be delayed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, be mindful of potential delays. We will communicate with customers via email to provide updates for shipping times.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Upon shipment of your order, tracking information will be sent via email to notify customers. For International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orie Atelier is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Orie Ateliet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
At Orie Atelier, each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If for any reason the piece bears a manufacturing defect that is missed in error.
If this happens, please email us at hello@orieatelier.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
After this period, we will not be able to process claims.

Return Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, dust bags, and packaging must be included.
- The product must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or exposed to conditions that could affect its quality.
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue the corresponding refund using the original payment method.

All carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) are bracing for the biggest ever holiday season, which also has new challenges given the pandemic. Thus, the carriers have suspended all of their service guarantees on delivery time frames. We at Crowne Avenue are dependent on the carriers to deliver on time.
